With one-on-one Consultancy my key focus is to help to deliver effective strategic planning – encompassing setting goals, knowing your personal purpose and drivers for success, and detailing the planning that will be required to achieve these goals.
I deliver an initial in-depth consultancy over several days and every program is tailored specifically to each individual to achieve the aims they have set for themselves. I follow up on this every six months to review and revise as needed.
