Experienced Advisor
With over 40 years experience founding, managing and selling businesses and the last fifteen of those building a software engineering company and selling it successfully, I aim to use that experience as a sustainable investor and personal advisor to business and social entrepreneurs – helping owners and social program leaders to flourish.
Whether at the beginning of the journey or well along the way, doing well and ready to go to the next level or bogged down and under stress, I like to help and support good people and teams to do great and to prosper and achieve their aims.

I work with leaders to set goals, determine purpose, and devise strategic plans and achieve them, and to be stress-free and winning as a result. Using the tools and systems I have learned and successfully implemented through forty years of business ownership and management, I help founders, owners, and social leaders to flourish and prosper and to achieve their aims in life, as an investor, or advisor.

The principles of working for the greatest good and helping others in order to change social, cultural and environmental conditions for the better are central and I strive to apply these principles in all of my work.

Education and Human Rights
I helped to found Youth for Human Rights International National Organisations in India, Nepal, and Guatemala. YHRI is an education based charity focussed on helping schools, colleges and like minded humanitarian groups to disseminate the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights.
For this work I was twice honoured with the programs highest award at the international conference held at the United Nations, in 2013 and again in 2015. Today I am an International Ambassador for United For Human Rights, which incorporates YHRI, helping human rights education groups around the world to establish, partner and grow.
